GTA 6 Fans Applaud “Phenomenal” LEGO Remake of First Trailer by 17-Year-Old Creator

While the spotlight remains on the second official GTA VI trailer released in May, a passionate fan has brought the first trailer back into the limelight—with an astonishing twist.

Originally released in December 2023, the first trailer introduced fans to the fictional state of Leonida and the game’s main characters, Jason and Lucia, in a modern-day Bonnie and Clyde-style story. It instantly broke viewership records and set the internet ablaze. But now, nearly a year later, that same trailer is capturing fans’ attention once more—thanks to an incredible fan-made LEGO remake.

Seventeen-year-old creator Tivan has recreated the entire first GTA VI trailer in LEGO, using Blender, a 3D design tool.

“Hey! I recreated the entire GTA VI trailer in LEGO using Blender. Took me around three months, mostly solo, with a few shots from friends that I polished up,” Tivan shared on Reddit’s r/GTA6, along with a link to the video.

Although the project initially flew under the radar, it’s now gaining traction and well-deserved praise across the GTA community.

“You can make money with this talent,” one user, Alpha-Zero–, commented.
“This was awesome. Good job. Compared to the AI-generated LEGO trailer for trailer 2, this one actually looks like LEGO,” added DoeDon404.

Fans have been quick to distinguish Tivan’s work from AI-generated imitations, pointing out the genuine creativity, detail, and care poured into each frame.

When asked if he plans to remake the second trailer in LEGO, Tivan simply responded, “Mmm, maybe,” leaving fans hopeful for more.

Whether or not a second LEGO trailer is on the way, one thing’s for sure—Tivan’s dedication has re-ignited excitement around GTA VI’s visual storytelling in the most unexpected and delightful way.
